So in all honesty life has been a bit crazy the past month... Since we have brought home our newest member of the family the girls have definitely tested our patience ... There have been a few moments of crying in my closet and pulling at my hair but really when i look back on it now I am so grateful for my girls having been so patient with ME! I think i sometimes forget that they are only two and that this new baby although much anticipated by them was still something to get used to in their world. I was playing the distracted mother bear with new baby Axil and they were all over that... "mama is busy with baby so lets poop and pee in our shoe crate on our shoes and close the closet for mom to find a day later, or I know lets take this cup and scoop all of the water out of the toilet and put it on the floor then un-roll all of the toilet paper to top it off while mom try's to shower for the first time in two days, next we'll color on the couch with pen, and what the heck lets throw that whole potty trained thing out the window since mom doesn't seem to be reminding us every 5 min."
NO that was not made up and YES that was all in one day. There was more to it but i think when something dramatic like this happens your mind blacks out....or maybe it was from trying to hold my breath and count to ten too many times. Im not sure.
I will say regardless that these girls LOVE their baby brother and love to "help" mama with the baby. I have just loved watching them with him and when he is sleeping i treasure that time i have just with them more. Being two has been rough on not just me but them as well so i have vowed to regain my patience once more!
I also have to give a shout out to my husband who we have been so incredibly blessed to have home for over two months now only working ten days in provo of those two months! We almost feel guilty being paid to be home...its been great! although we know it wont last forever its been a great blessing for me and my family, Im not sure how to put into words what i feel for Jesse. He has been the best father and husband...truly....i think i may have lost myself many times but he always seems to bring me back... doing whatever needed to help not ever being asked... I am so grateful for all the hard work he puts in not just at work but especially at home. We love you Jess!
All in all things seemed to have shifted into normal routine mode again...back to preschool and soon Jesse will be back to work but for now we are enjoying every second of his time home!

How cute are you!! Adding a new member of the family is such an adjustment!! Sounds like your girls have been partying it up as much as they can! I'm sure in the middle of it it's just a nightmare, but looking back what funny memories! You three babies are so BEAUTIFUL!! And how lucky for you to have Jesse home with you for so much time. Can't wait for more updates!!
Hang in there sweetie. I must say now that mine are all gone off to school I would give anything to have those days back...poop and pee included. Age 2 is hard enough with one and no new baby so know that you are doing wonderfully! Oh and not sure if you saw my other comment. I set up Charity's blog so I had her password. Therefore allowing me to hack her blog he he. I'd be happy to do the same for you. All I need is your password. No guarantee's as to what may end up on your blog, but blog I will! You see unlike you I have nothing to do and so I think I'm going to put an add out...Will Blog For Shoes!
Sallie you made me laugh out loud. I just wanted to give you a big ol bear hug. That's tough, but well worth it as I'm sure you already know. I'm having a hard enough time with Chase and there's only one of him!! I can't imagine two...plus a newborn! You are the QUEEN! Oh and Jesse is awesome too...how nice to have him home for bit while things settle down.
Hey! I heard you had twins! That's fantastic. A lot of work, but what a blessing. I wish I would have stayed in touch with you better. I guess blogging will have to do. I hope everything is going well for you. You have a beautiful family!

Hey very cute pictures I'm still not convinced at who Axil looks more like, I guess we will have to wait and see. Yes and I know there are days where you question your judgement on the ammount of children you have allowed yourself to have, but then there are the days where you would do it all over again, and I know for me, those days are more often than the hard days. I guess one day we will miss the potty training, and teething, and fighting, and snuggling. Some day.......
WOW!!! All that in one day?!! That is SO hilarious and not at the same time. I'm sure it has been so stressful for you. What a blessing to have Jess home to help. I don't see you guys too often but you seem like awesome parents. Love you guys.
Girl you got your hands full, but you can totally do it! Some girls in my ward mentioned you were back to preschool, and I thought "WOW, YOU GO GIRL!" You are an amazing women with such a sweet, fun family! Keep your chin up! Oh and what size is Akil wearing cause I'm so afraid he has grown out of what we got him! We need to come visit!
That is so cute that Axil does the same thing! I don't know how you do it with three kids under 3. I took June out for the first time today and it's hard enough with just one that just sleeps!! haha You are amazing!
You're doing a great job. Just remember someday you are going to miss all this craziness. Enjoy every moment. Reading this just makes me smile because I can totally relate. Keep up the good work. Your kids love you.
Oh my goodness! You're a great mom and it sounds like you've all been "making memories"! I don't know how you do it all, I only have 1 and she keeps me running all the time! Keep it up you're great!
